Since running a recent software update and the latest OSX security pack, I notice that MCS now displays its headline banner at the the OSX login screen. This is not really a problem but rather a cosmetic change in the startup appearance of OSX.
Any idea's as to what has happened here?

Actually, it has always done this. I can't really offer a reason why yours was not showing until after the updates.
