Under the menu digitizer it only shows US PRO VIDEO when it DOESN'T WORK and I know it will work when US VIDEO CLASS shows up and I can select that. How can I get RELIABLE video from your product.
I am using the very latest OS on my MAC.

I NEED HELP as I am using this in a work environment and it needs to work. I am working with all video professionals and no one can figure out what the probelm is.
