For France and Brazil, there are some color issues. I have a special fix for Brazil. And we also have a fix for France coming next week. Email me direct at gary@daystartechnology.com for the fix. The software is designed to auto-detect. If you want to do manual detection, then go to the USBVision/ProView/XtraView (depending on device) tab and deselect auto-detect. Then go back to the Source tab and the Format (NTSC or PAL) menu will be available.
