Hey Gary and everyone,

I have the AGP G4 (yeah I hear you all snickering) 450MHz, which has done me well since I've had it well over 6 years ago. I'm running X3 and though i beleive i can go up to 4, I'd rather run up the Mhz.

why not buy a new machine? well, for one, I don't have the funds to get a new tower, and two I don't really trust a used machine all that well. Plus this one is still going so....

Anyway, I want to up it's speed to the most possible, and I need it to keep running OS 9, unless someone wants to pay for new verisions of Photoshop, Illustrator, and a few other programs (yeah I guess you could call me cheap, and yeah, I'm not using limewire to download a copy, I don't trust it).

So I see that daystar has an  upgrade that runs it to 550mhz, but then I see cards that go higher. can I use those or is the AGP line that specific?
