Hi there -

Have a 1GHz 12" PB G4 whose HD is dying/dead.  Does the installation/migration price for your Hitachi/Toshiba drives include recovering the data off the old S.M.A.R.T. status "failed" HD?

Thanks,

Matt

Yes, to a certain point. We will attempt to recover the drive, and use the OSX migration tool and/or Cabon Copy Cloner to migrate the data to the new drive.
