Hi emendelson,
You can, of course, choose either to upgrade. But the faster bus does help speed. Although the large backside cache does mask much of the differences between bus speed, the Faster Bus does help.

But, as you note the better Rage chip is on the system with the slower bus.... so the end benefit of either is very close.

I would suggest just running XBench.. the fastest system should be marginally faster if both were upgraded as well... but your CPU is so slow (without G4) that you can't really tell where the bottlenecks are.

Sorry, I don't have a straight answer, other than to say it half dozen of one, six of the other.
