The XLR8 MAChSpeed G4 ZIF 600 which runs an absolute treat in my B&W is 'factory tested and verified at 650 MHz before shipping'
How is that speed achieved (via ZIF or Motherboard jumper settings)?
I can appreciate that overclocking would invalidate any warranty and that Daystar would prefer to keep a safety margin on its products, but what is the likelihood of problems when running at 650MHz?
I already use an extra heatsink fan, so if overheat is the main problem I might be covered.
